This Privacy Policy (“PP”) aims to safeguard the privacy of all users of the Website www.barberhood.pt, (“Site”), whose domain is owned by Rebel Panther LDA, to inform about the collection and processing of their personal data.

Under the GDPR, “Personal Data” refers to any “information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“data subject”); An identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly.

 

  1. Responsible for the Processing of Personal Data
    The responsibility for the processing of personal data belongs to Rebel Panther LDA, represented by Paulo Ribeirinho.
    In the processing of Buyers’ personal data, Rebel Panther LDA and the Sellers act as Joint Controllers, determining the purposes and means of the processing and transparently defining their respective responsibilities for compliance with applicable legislation.
    Rebel Panther LDA may use Subcontractors, with the consent of the Users.
  2. Collection and Processing of Personal Data
    Access to and use of the Website does not imply the collection or processing of personal data. However, when you create an account, necessary data will be collected for various purposes, detailed in point 5.
  3. Rights of Personal Data Subjects
    Users have the right to access, rectify, withdraw consent, oppose, erasure, limit and portability of their personal data. These rights can be exercised by sending requests to infor@barberhood.pt. You can also lodge complaints with the National Data Protection Commission.

    The data is kept for as long as the registration is active and up to 1 year after its termination, unless the law establishes a different deadline.

    Personal data is processed for the registration of Buyers and Sellers, use of the Site, commercial management, marketing operations, and compliance with legal obligations.

    Rebel Panther LDA uses security measures such as encryption, personal passwords, safeguarding of card data and constant supervision of servers.
