Shipments are made only on working days, not considering weekends or holidays for the purpose of estimating the delivery of orders. - Parcel Shipping
The delivery time for addresses in mainland Portugal is up to 5 working days from dispatch. Orders placed until 14:00 on a working day with payment in order and pending shipment are considered valid. The period for processing and shipping orders can be extended up to 15 working days. In case of stock problems with suppliers, this period may be extended, and the Customer will be informed of the partial or total cancellation of the order, with the right to a refund of the amount paid. Shipping costs to mainland Portugal vary according to the weight of the order, with exemption for orders of €40 or more. - Cancellations, Exchanges and Returns
Applicable to purchases made on the barberhood.pt. The Customer can cancel the order until dispatch, with the right to a refund, minus any processing costs (up to €1.50). Upon receipt of the order, the Customer may exercise the right of free withdrawal in accordance with the legal provisions. To make returns, the product must be in perfect condition, in the original packaging, with manuals and proof of purchase. Returns of used, altered or modified products are not accepted. Rebel Panther LDA is not responsible for deficiencies resulting from misuse, negligence, blows or causes of force majeure, nor for components subject to normal wear and tear. Toiletries, beauty products, cosmetics, and hair accessories are only returnable if they are defective or shipped incorrectly. In case of cancellation after shipment, the original shipping and return costs are deducted from the refund. These bodies can put the trader and the consumer in touch and help them find a solution to the dispute. They can also propose a solution or even impose one. Under European Union law, there is the possibility of using these bodies to resolve all contractual disputes between a consumer and a trader established in the European Union.
